A celestial offering from the compass to the cosmos, LEO SEASON is an ancestral homage to those that live, transform, and transcend into the stars. It is mythical, spiritual, and factual in nature, charting a fresh interpretation of the Zodiacs. Using the palette of the 1970s, while also incorporating folklore and the iconography and archetypes divine bodies, LEO SEASON is a reflection of self-love through multi-mediums and tapping into our collective star power. Conceptualized by CC Mercer Watson, fiber artist and poet, she is seizing her season by using both cloth and verses to bring this work into existence.
